Senior Center
Welcome to the American Fork Senior Center! We provide daily activities and meals Monday through Friday.
We are an active aging facility that brings the community together.
Exciting New Programs
We have brought lots of new programs and activities to the senior center. We want to provide programs you will be excited to participate in, so when you visit the Senior Center, share your ideas with us.

Meals
Meal service is in person, inside the senior center, where you can stay and eat.
Meals are served Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
Call at least 24 hours in advance to request future meals or to let us know if you will not be coming to get a meal. 801-763-3090. To-Go meals are available on a case by case basis but must be pre-approved by the senior center director.
All individuals receiving meals are required to fill out a registration form. The form can be downloaded, printed and returned to the senior center on your next visit. Click Here to download form.
The suggested donation is $3. The monthly menu is available at the Center on the last Friday of the previous month. You can also check the menus below:

Fitness Challenge
Going on now! Participants will complete a triathlon over time. Contact the senior center for more information. Participants received a SWAG bag full of goodies and prizes. At the conclusion of the challenge, all finishers will receive a t-shirt and a BBQ in the Park!
Bingo
We Are Playing Again! Every Friday after lunch, stick around for some fun BINGO action from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. No charge. Prizes will be given for each round of BINGO!
Puzzles
The facility will be open for you to come and enjoy puzzle time. You are invited to come between 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to participate in puzzles.
Tuacahn Field Trip to Southern Utah-
September 13, 14, 15, 2022. Shows: Mary Poppins & Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Includes: Shows, Room, Bus, Bingo, Bowling, Treats, Chuck-A-Rama. Single: $270, Double Room: $480. Contact Janet at the senior center for more information.
Fall Trip-Pumpkin Walk-
This October! Come join us for a trip North for the Logan Pumpkin walk, eat at Maddox restaurant, stop by Gossener
Cheese and Cox Honey. More information coming soon!
Senior Center Rentals
The Senior Center is not currently available to rent.
Assisted Living
While City does not manage assisted living centers, there are other organizations that help provide senior living resources for the elderly. Please call the senior center during regular operating hours and we can share with you the many resources available.
Van-Utah Valley Paratransit
This service is not available.
Quilt Club
We meet every Tuesday at 10 a.m., except the first Tuesday, in the basement of the Senior Center. The 1st Tuesday of every month, we meet in the Pleasant Grove Library in the Little Theater at 10 a.m. We also meet the second and last Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the basement of the Senior Center. No fees.
Free Health Clinic & Blood Pressure Testing
1st and 3rd Friday of every month-Blood Pressure-11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
4th Friday-Balance Testing w. local Physical Therapist-11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Senior Volunteer Opportunities
Meals-on-Wheels
Meals-on-Wheels (PDF) needs volunteer drivers one day a week, for one hour, in a limited delivery radius from American Fork Senior Center. Volunteers use their own vehicles to pick up the food at the Senior Center and deliver the meals to the elderly, ill, frail or disabled senior in their homes.
