1. Off leash Dog Park

   I would like to see AF put in a dog park. To clarify Dog parks are more for the owners than for the dogs. They cater to all ages of people and are usable year round. It's a great way to go meet other like minded neighbors and exert the energy of our dogs which makes for less barking and better neighbors (a tired dog is a good dog) dog owners can play with our dogs off leash without offending non-dog owners. I've talked to people without dogs who love the idea! Socialized dogs have more manners and less aggression in general. There does have to be rules about unpredictable dogs being muzzled and cleaning up after your pet. Most owners are very responsible. They have become extremely popular in other cities. AF would be the first in Utah county to add one so it could bring revenue to the city. I personally think the north end of Art Dye would be a great place to add one. It's far enough away from homes. Plus with more traffic through there it keeps vandalism down.

   There needs to be a public restroom at this park. It's inconvenient to go in the library.

3. Art Dye

   Now that Art Dye is finally becoming what it should have years ago... a splash pad makes more sense at Art Dye. Along with picnic tables and pavilions. Please consider.
