I think I have a leak on my property, what do I do?
We recommend you hire a plumber/contractor to find the leak. Once the leak has been fixed, write a letter to the city explaining the leak, where it was and how it was fixed. Attach your receipts to the letter. The City typically credits back a portion of the charge of the water due to the leak.
