My name is Michelle. I am a AFAA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer and a certified Schwinn Cycle and Barre Above instructor. I have a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science and Health and in Sociology.
I believe fitness contributes as much to emotional and mental well-being, as physical. I strive to bring this mental/emotional connection to my clients, as well as variety, inclusivity, confidence, and a strong dose of getting outside of comfort zones! I believe fitness is for every BODY, consistency is key, challenging ourselves is where growth occurs, and feeling successful and having fun keeps us coming back. Fitness has blessed my life and I love to share that joy of movement with others!
