I am a certified personal trainer and I've been into weight training and fitness for five years. I have had the opportunity to work with several personal trainers and I have learned much about how to not only set, but reach goals. I want to help others feel and look their very best! I used to not have a care about health and fitness, but I didn’t like how I felt or how I looked. I decided to make a change knowing that it would be hard.
